Users record their catch data and photos at their own risk. You agree not to upload any content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates the rights of others.

You retain ownership of the photos and data you upload. However, by using the Service, you grant Catch Register a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display, and use this content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

Catch Register shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service, including data loss or inaccurate GPS/statistical information. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis.

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.
