Data deletion request

Deletion is permanent and covers everything tied to the account: your catches and trips, the session log, your master data (species, baits, rods, rigs, fishing mates, waterbodies), your statistics, your data imports, the photos you submitted as featured catches, and the photos stored in the cloud.

Photos saved in your phone's gallery are not affected — those stay on your device.

Deletion cannot be undone, and we cannot restore your data afterwards.

This is the fastest route, and it runs immediately:

1. Open Menu → Settings.
2. In the Account section, tap Logout.
3. On the screen that appears, choose Delete account.
4. You will be asked to sign in again to confirm. That step is there so that only you can delete your account.

Include the email address you signed in with — for Google or Apple sign-in, the address of that account. That is how we identify the account.

We complete requests within 30 days at the latest.

If you have an active subscription, deleting your account does not cancel it. Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play, so you need to cancel there, in your device's subscription settings.

It is worth cancelling first: billing would otherwise continue after the account is gone.

We keep a technical record that the account was deleted — its identifier and the time of deletion. We need that to confirm the deletion ran to completion, and we retain it indefinitely. It contains no catch data, no photos, no email address and no name.

Analytics events are pseudonymous, are not linked to your account, and contain none of your catch data.

Purchase receipts are held by Apple and Google, and are not ours to access.
